學程特別邀請學經歷豐富，亞太區人力資源管理高階主管遲守國博士，擔任大四畢業班的業界導師。

遲守國博士將於2024年10月 3日(星期四)，下午一點到四點的時間到校進行演講，主題是 : Tips for A Successful Job Search。演講期間也將與大四畢業班同學進行近距離的諮詢輔導。

The ETPSSM has invited human resources management expert, Dr. Charles Chih, to serve as the senior graduating class’ Industry Mentor. Dr. Chih is an experienced HR professional with over 25 years of diverse expertise in human resources management throughout the Asia Pacific region. Having previously served as HR Director at Toppan Chunghwa Electrics, NXP Semiconductors, and Hewlett Packard (HP), Dr. Chih will draw on his extensive background to offer valuable insights on resume preparation and job interview strategies.

Dr. Chih will give a speech on campus on Thursday, October 3, 2024, from 13:00 – 16:00. The topic is: " Tips for A Successful Job Search." During his visit, there will also be close consultation and counseling with senior graduating students.
